Our Mission
We exist to ensure that no one facing homelessness or hardship has to face it alone.
Why Togythr exists
Homelessness and hardship can leave people feeling invisible, isolated and without hope. Togythr was founded on the belief that practical support and genuine human connection can change that.
We bring together volunteers, local organisations and communities to provide care packs, run outreach and raise awareness — creating a network of support that reaches people when they need it most.
We don't believe in quick fixes. We believe in showing up, consistently and compassionately, for as long as it takes.

How we work
What we do today
Care Packs
We provide essential care packs containing toiletries, hygiene products, food, clothing and everyday items to people experiencing homelessness or crisis — practical support that makes an immediate difference.
Community Outreach
We organise and take part in community outreach events, food distribution and direct support — meeting people where they are and connecting them with help.
Raising Awareness
We use our platform to raise awareness of homelessness and social isolation — challenging stigma, sharing stories and encouraging communities to take action.
Building Partnerships
We work alongside local organisations, charities and volunteers to extend our reach and deepen our impact — because together we go further than any one group could alone.
